Product Description

The Power Modules are structured as a solid state converter of heat and electricity at elevated temperatures up to 600 degree Celsius. They comprises of 4 pairs of high performing TAGS and PbTe based materials manufactured utilizing Patent protected proprietary single crystal growth and device technologies. Single device are kept between extreme temperature ceramic plates. Last longing operational life is possible when utilized in a reducing atmosphere.
